Purpose of the association / Vereinszweck
The purpose of the association is to hold the annual international "ETH Nanoparticles Conference (NPC)" as an academic conference without commercial purpose under the auspices of ETH Zurich. The association is thus committed to the interdisciplinary research of impact to health and the environment caused by particles resulting from combustion in engines and combustion systems, to the development of technical countermeasures and their implementation, with the aim of minimizing the emission of these highly toxic and carcinogenic pollutants worldwide. No fees will be charged for participation in this conference in order to facilitate the participation of researchers from all over the world.
